An important hardware upgrade will be installed on our web servers next week. During this period, websites and email services are expected to go offline for a short time, including our own website.
This work is planned to take place on:
- Monday, 18th November 2019
- From 22:00 until 23:00 (UK time)
Our data centre provider, who manage our web servers, have told us they expect the downtime to last approximately fifteen minutes.
We apologise for any customers affected by these planned works, but please be assured these works are essential, and our data centre partners have promised they will do everything they can to keep this disruption as short as possible.
