To ensure our customers’ websites run on a reliable platform, our technicians will be upgrading the IT network at our Hemel Hempstead data centre this week. This scheduled maintenance will happen just after midnight on Wednesday 9th June, between 00:01 and 04:00.
Please note access to your website may be interrupted momentarily whilst the web servers are restarted, however this will of course be kept as short as practically possible.
We are sorry if any of our customers will be affected by these scheduled works, but please be assured these upgrades are essential to the continued strong performance and security of your hosting accounts. Our partners at the Centro data centre, who manage our web servers on our behalf, will make every effort to minimise any impact.
