On 8th / 9th January 2018, our data centre operator has advised us they will be carrying out works to upgrade the power supply systems. This is the centre in Hemel Hempstead where our web servers are housed.
They have assured us that no interruption to service is expected, so all web servers should continue to operate as normal.
However, because this maintenance work will reduce the availability of backup power supplies during these two days, this is considered an “at risk” period.
