Yes, your email account can have a higher storage capacity.
By default, each Primary Image email account has a quota of 1GB (1,024 MB), which typically (from our tests) is enough to store over 7,000 email messages. If your work involves sending/receiving lots of large file attachments, such as photos or documents, you may find your storage space is used quicker.
If you wish to increase your storage space, there’s a fee of £1 per month for each gigabyte (GB) of additional storage you want to use.

Alternatively, you might consider removing old emails from your account instead. Most email programs allow you to archive messages onto your computer, so they are taken out of your web-based account.
