Unless this has been agreed with you prior to us giving a quote, we normally don’t provide the original editable files.
This is because some elements of the design may be under a usage licence that is assigned to ourselves (so we’re not allowed to pass on the raw files to third-parties), or some designs may make use of our own original work that we re-use in other designs (which we own ourselves).
However, we may be able to offer you the original editable files for a small fee. Please contact us if you would like to discuss.
