We offer different levels of support depending on which hosting plan you have with Primary Image. You will find details of your package on your latest Primary Image invoice.
“Enterprise” and “Business” support plans: We aim to respond to your query within four hours.
“Personal” websites plan: We aim to respond to your query within 24 hours on weekdays. Please note, as our “Personal” plan is our budget package, we do not offer free support via telephone. You must use this form to receive support from Primary Image.
